to regain and clean the satin finish on sweet tooth sterling silver, use steel wool super fine #0000. very gently brush and rub the pendant straight in one direction a couple of times until it has the original finish. be careful to rub the chain gently and not pull. follow by cleaning with mild liquid hand soap and warm water, or in an *ultrasonic cleaner. (only if you have one, but not necessary.)

the oil in your skin may cause your jewelry to become blacker, so to brighten and bring it back to its original finish, use steel wool super fine #0000. very gently brush and rub the pendant in one direction a couple of times until it returns to its original finish. be careful to rub the chain gently and not pull. follow by cleaning with mild liquid hand soap and warm water. do not use an *ultrasonic cleaner.
